Although symptoms of dyslexia tend to restrict it to the school environment, it is a lifelong condition. Research has focused primarily on prevention and intervention within educational spaces; however, studies indicate that dyslexic individuals continue to face challenges and barriers also in workplaces. This study aims to explore the reflections of human resources specialists on their knowledge and beliefs about dyslexic employees and on their attitudes and practices toward dyslexic employees.
